At Glisten Fabrics, customer satisfaction is woven into every thread. We strive to ensure that every retail customer and wholesale partner receives premium quality fabrics. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.


1. Retail Orders – Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Retail purchases may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The fabric is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

  • The product is not cut, altered, or customized.

⚠️ Please note: Once fabric has been cut or stitched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order fabrics

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Bulk retail purchases made under promotional offers


2. Wholesale Orders – Returns & Exchanges

For our valued wholesale partners across Pakistan:

  • Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect order fulfillment.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Claims must include clear photos/videos as proof of defect or damage.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly through replacement or mutually agreed solutions.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  2. Provide your order details and supporting images

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Approved cases may qualify for:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store credit (if applicable)


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For wholesale returns approved due to defects, logistics arrangements will be coordinated accordingly.


5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative solution.
